Muna Zarour

Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Board Member of the Arab Innovation Network (AIN), a non-profit fostering innovation across the Arab world. An Industrial Engineer with over a decade of experience, she has been part of AIN since 2011, leading its growth, organizing the annual AINAC conference, and managing the SEED scholarship program. In 2014, she represented AIN at Cambridge University’s Enterprisers Programme. Previously, she spent six years directing youth and education initiatives at Al-Nayzak. Her work centers on youth empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development in fragile contexts.
